Rules and Regulations

Cancellation fee – rooms cancelled up to 6.00 pm on the evening prior to arrival can be cancelled at no charge.  Guests who cancel rooms after that time or who fail to arrive will be billed for one night's stay.  Please notify of cancellation by telephone: +972-3-6055271

Check-in – from 15.00 pm

Check-out – by 12.00 noon

It is forbidden to bring pets into the hotel without prior arrangement with the Management

There is no late check-out on Shabbat or Holidays

For security reasons, candles must not be lit in the guest rooms

All reservations must be made with a valid credit card to guarantee the booking
